When you think of something that is “Imperfectly Perfect”, you might think of something that has flaws, dents, not perfect right? Well, I would say wrong! You look beyond the flaws and differences. When two people decide to get married, they are saying to one another “you are who I choose to spend the rest of my life with”. They are accepting each other for who they are as individuals. They see past each other’s flaws, because they know that together as a couple, they are perfect..."Imperfectly Perfect".
A Little About Me ...
I grew up in Italy but was born in England, and I have been living in Massachusetts for the last 25 years.
Ever since I was a little girl, I have always loved planning, creating, and organizing parties. With over 20 years’ experience in the marketing and corporate industries, I finally decided to start something on my own.
My European flare and charm, and humble caring persona, definitely sets me apart from other businesses. In fact, I don’t consider myself a regular “Wedding Planner”, but your “Master of Ceremonies”, that person you can trust and count on for every detail of your wedding or any other special occasion.
Each wedding and event are very personal to me, and making sure each one whether it be a small gathering of 25 guests, or a large affair of 500 guests, is a success- this is always my top priority.
My approach is collaborative, kind, straightforward and easy-going. I work directly with each client, incorporating their personal style, creating that unique and unforgettable experience. Presence and honesty are also important – so expect to always receive an honest opinion from me, as well as guidance on how to make an idea successful.
My goal will always be to bring your vision to life and create an extraordinarily, stylish and authentic event. I would love to share my knowledge with you, to help you save time and money, while feeling confident in the choices you make along the way. Whether you're looking for the entire production, just a “Day Of” Coordinator, or any other pre/post activity planning from start to finish, you will appreciate my passion, creative spirit, and my attention to detail.
Many have asked how did you come up with the name “Imperfectly Perfect”? It all started back when I met my now husband Stephen. We both come from similar cultures and backgrounds, Stephen being Portuguese, and me Italian, and when you combine two passionate people that love life and live it to the fullest, it truly makes it an “Imperfectly Perfect” combination.

No two couples are the same, which makes doing what I do so exciting and fulfilling. Just as every couple is unique, so are their needs for a wedding planner. Whether you would rather sit back and let someone else do all the planning, or if you just need someone for the big day, I can help you. From something simple under a tent, to an elegant affair, I am here to bring your vision to life.
Events & Other Celebrations
While weddings remain my most requested service, IPWE caters to other events as well: bridal showers, baby showers, engagement soiree’s, birthday parties, as well as corporate events. No event is too large or too small. Starting with venue selection, event design and execution on the day of your event, IPWE will be there to assist you in the planning details. IPWE Rentals
IPWE is truly a one stop shop for my clients when planning their big day or special occasion. After listening to my clients for the last couple of years, I have decided to also offer a variety of rental pieces from accents, centerpieces, backdrops and much more, making my clients experience even more stress free. Let my team and I take care of every detail and incorporate your personalities with our unique and extra special touches which will only make your event more memorable and unforgettable. The Process...
Step One
Getting To Know You
Every couple has a story, so the first step is to get to know you, either meet you in person or virtually. My focus is on really listening to all the details, understanding your vision and how my services and expertise will allow for your story to be showcased beautifully from beginning to end.
Step Two
Creating The Vision
After our initial consultation, I will start creating a storyboard tailored to our conversation. An initial draft proposal will be prepared with all the details, date, estimated number of guests, and the respective timelines for your big day.
Step Three
Venue & Location Are Selected
Once the storyboard has been selected, the next step is locking down a location and venue. This information is important in order to select the right vendors and start bringing your wedding to life. A timeline will be developed with the various parts of your wedding from start to finish including the potential due dates. You will be aware of every detail, giving you that piece of mind that is needed.
Step Four
The Big Day Is Here
Your wedding day is finally here! This is my favorite part of the entire process, seeing all the month’s work come to life. I will be the first to arrive and the last to leave, making sure that everything is set up flawlessly. The only thing I ask of you is to relax and embrace all that is around you. After all, it is your day and that is the only thing you should be worrying about.

The Ultimate Combination
This is IPWE’s full-service planning and design package. I will handle every detail of your celebration, from having the right bonbonniere (European favors) to the cake topper, to an elaborate décor with breathtaking views, there is no limit, anything is possible.

A perfect option for those couples who are having a large affair whether it be on a private estate, tented wedding, venue wedding, intimate wedding, or the ultimate destination wedding.
The Perfect Balance
This package is IPWE’s partial wedding planning package. I work with you, taking your vison and theme pulling together all the details with that “A’ la carte” touch.

That Perfect Day
IPWE’s Day of Coordination package is ideal for the couple that has everything already planned out and has booked their venue as well as most if not all of their vendors. All that is left is someone to be the “Master of Ceremonies” on their special day.

Another Milestone Achieved for IPWE..

Imperfectly Perfect Weddings & Events (#IPWE) is continuously evolving and growing. I have received so many requests from couples since the RI Bridal & Wedding Expo that have everything already planned out or have done most of the planning. What they are really looking for is someone to be onsite the “day of” their special day, so that they can focus on the moment vs. worrying about every detail.
Therefore, I have officially decided to add a “Day of Coordination” to my a’ la carte portfolio, or is I like to call it “That Perfect Day” package.
This is another exciting moment for IPWE, and I am thankful and so very grateful to be able to continue to help my couples at all the stages of their planning, bringing that unique sense of style and charm to every one of my events.
